Rental Criteria

 

Housing for persons of low income through a Section 8 HUD Subsidy Program.
Section 8 HUD Assistance which will provide rental assistance for those who have good credit, clean criminal backgrounds and demonstrate they can care for an apartment. A family's income cannot exceed 50% of the area median income by family size to qualify.

Affordable homes based on 50% of the area median income or below. In order to qualify families for one of our fabulous newly built homes your income can be up to, but must not exceed the following limits:

1 person Family / 50% Income $18,450

2 person Family / 50% Income $21,050

3 person Family / 50% Income $23,700

4 person Family / 50% Income $26,300

5 person Family / 50% Income $28,400

6 person Family / 50% Income $30,550
